PRACTICE/TRYOUTS: Anyone who wishes to tryout, practice, or compete must turn-in a PHYSICAL from the doctor's office and also complete the on-line Athletic Participation Packet. The link for this on-line packet can be found at the top of the ATHLETICS home page. Practices are traditionally M-TH after school at 3:00pm - starting in the VATC/weight room of the Excel Building.

An informational Orientation meeting will take place on Thursday, Aug. 8th @ 5:30pm in the Brainwork Lobby area, which is located on the 2nd Floor of the CTEC Bldg. This is for both boys & girls in all high school grades 9-12.

First practice will be on Monday, Aug. 12th @ 3:30pm - meeting for warm-ups in the VATC/weight room area of the Excel Bldg.
