MEDICATIONS IN SCHOOL
For students who have a chronic health condition that requires them to take medication during the regular school day, please obtain physician written authorization and parent/guardian consent (i.e. Neosporin, aspirin, albuterol, epinephrine, etc.). This authorization along with the medication must be presented by an adult to the school nurse and/or academy site technician annually.
