VISA (Venture Integrated Subjects Academy) - Grades 7-8

Venture Integrated Subjects Academy (VISA) is a choice for students in grades 6-8 who are interested in enriching their education in modified self-contained cohorts. Students use technology and the arts to explore and expand their understanding of the world in their core curriculum.​

APEX (Academic Performance EXcellence) - Grades 7-8

APEX is an academy choice for students in grades 7 and 8 who rotate through six core classes each day. This academy provides an integrated learning option where the focus is on achieving the academic and life skills needed to be college and career ready. Along with essential direct instruction in the core subjects, technology, and project-based assignments challenge students to explore the world around them.​

Durham Ferry - Grades 5-8

Durham Ferry is a 290-acre site located 7 miles south of Manteca. It provides hands-on experiences in agriculture, natural resources, animal science, leadership, and ecology. Durham Ferry staff is devoted to excellence in teaching, learning, research, and the development of leadership qualities in students. Students who attend Durham Ferry are those who are prepared to work hard, get dirty, and play passionately.​

Keystone - 6th Grade

Keystone academy focuses on building the foundational academic and interpersonal skills to support the students’ transition from elementary to middle school.  Students are placed in self-contained classrooms as a supportive environment to learn social maturity and gain essential academic skills for success in middle school and beyond. 

Mavericks - Grades 5-8

Mavericks middle school, for grades 5-8, is a full-time homeschool program in which the parent/guardian provides instructional support to the student at home. An assigned teacher partners with the parent to plan an individualized academic plan for the student. Curriculum is provided and families are encouraged to use the world as their classroom. Required education assessments are also administered. Parents and children participate in weekly progress checks as well as mandatory monthly check-in meetings.
